Chandrika Patalia
Class of 2029 Teacher
Chandrika received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Kanpur University in 1997 and received her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from St. Xavier’s in Mumbai. She completed The Steiner Program at Tridha in Mumbai in 2010 and went on to complete The Advanced Steiner Program at Tridha in Mumbai in 2015, demonstrating her deep interest and commitment to Waldorf education. From 2012-2015, Chandrika worked at Tridha, a Rudolph Steiner School in Mumbai, both as the Handwork Teacher for grades 1 through 6 and as a Coordinator of Fundraising and Events, where she organized the Annual Fair for three consecutive years and developed a land stewardship program, the first of its kind in Asia. Chandrika worked for two years at HVWS in our Early Childhood program as the Aftercare Teacher and the Lead Teacher in our Morning Glories program before joining our Grade School faculty as the lead teacher for the Class of 2025, and now returns as the Class of 2029 lead teacher. Chandrika is also an HVWS alum parent.
